We had a major storm on Friday and heard a huge boom. A massive oak tree—absolutely enormous—crashed down, taking out our power and destroying our neighbor’s fence. We were suddenly overwhelmed, stressed, and unsure what to do. We went three days without electricity, trying to manage the damage, the heat, and the worry. It felt like everything hit at once. Kinder Care Tree Services has helped us before, so even in the middle of all that stress, I called them. The owner told me he would come out on Monday—Labor Day—and I can’t express how much relief I felt when he actually showed up on a holiday. It was the first moment in days where I felt like things might be okay. The entire crew arrived and had the whole tree cut up and removed in one day. They only needed a second day to finish the stump and a few remaining pieces. They worked with such kindness and calm professionalism that it genuinely lifted a weight off our shoulders. When I stepped outside, they immediately asked if I needed to get out of my driveway. They treated us like people, not just another job. On top of everything, we didn’t know how we were going to pay for the damage. Insurance wasn’t helping, and we were already stretched thin from the storm. The owner told us we could send a check later, after we were able to pull money from our 401(b). That level of trust and compassion is rare. He took our stress away immediately. It meant more than he knows. Their cleanup is incredible—when they’re done, it looks like nothing ever happened. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering how much work they do and how quickly they do it. Kinder Care Tree Services is the only company we will ever use. They are the best around—top notch. We are so appreciative of their kindness, their professionalism, and how much they truly care about the people they help. Highly recommend.+2Posted on Google![]()

James and his team did an excellent job — in 100 degree heat, mind you! And despite all the work they did on our property, somehow they left the land cleaner than they found it: Not a rogue branch or leaf in sight!Posted on Google![]()

This is a very professional, safe and tidy tree service business. I had a maple tree removed and the team worked efficiently to get the work done in short order with a complete clean-up after the job. I found James Kinder to be easy to work with and felt he was providing sound and professional advice about the trees on my property.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend Kinder Care Tree Services, based on my two experiences with their work at my home. The first visit, in 2025, was to trim and remove dead wood from 3 large trees. Very nicely done. Most recently, in 2026, they cut down 2 large trees and drilled out the stumps. All was done with efficiency, the right equipment, arrival just as promised, and beautiful cleanup. Their communication was excellent, their quote was thorough, with no surprises. They are capable, competent, experienced, and I will call them again whenever the need arises.Posted on Google![]()

James and his crew did an excellent job trimming my trees. He was very professional and honest about my situation. I appreciate the fact that he knew what had to be done without me having to tell him what I wanted. I have had a few other tree companies come to my house to do the same work, but my experience with Kinder was the best.Posted on Google![]()

What Mature Trees Along Ohio 741 Are Telling You Right Now
Real Risk After Every Storm Season
Along Ohio 741, the mature hardwoods lining residential properties add real character to Springboro’s neighborhoods. But they also carry real weight when high winds move through the area.
If you live near The Villages of Springboro or anywhere in Clearcreek Township, you may already know how quickly a storm can turn a healthy-looking tree into a hazard. That’s the reality of living with a large tree canopy, and it’s exactly why tree services get searched so often after bad weather.
Heavy snow loads and high winds are the two most common reasons a tree fails here. Branches fall onto fences, rooflines, and utility lines with very little warning. A leaning tree that looked fine last month can shift after a single overnight storm.
If you have a large tree near power lines or utility lines, it doesn’t take catastrophic damage to create a safety hazard. A split limb or compromised trunk can be just as dangerous as a full uprooting. Emergency tree removal and storm damage cleanup are services that matter on a Tuesday morning, not just after a headline storm.
Spotting the warning signs early means you avoid the worst outcomes. Kinder Care Tree Services has worked these neighborhoods long enough to know what a hazardous tree looks like before it becomes your problem.

How Dead Branches and Root Damage Quietly Escalate on Your Property
Don’t Wait To Address A Declining Tree
Most people assume a tree only needs attention when it’s visibly dead or already on the ground. That assumption is exactly how manageable tree care needs can turn into expensive, complicated removal jobs.
Tree diseases and pest infestations rarely announce themselves. By the time you notice discolored bark or a thinning canopy, the problem has often been developing underground or inside the trunk for months. Root system stress, in particular, is almost impossible to spot without knowing what to look for. And a compromised root system changes everything about how safely that tree can be removed later.
Mature trees on HOA properties sit close to fences, structures, and neighboring lots. Dead branches that fall from a stressed tree don’t ask permission before landing on something valuable.
Routine maintenance gives you options. Catching new growth patterns early, identifying dead branches before they fail, and monitoring overall tree health means smaller interventions rather than full removals. A tree that looks fine to you might be showing clear warning signs to someone who works with trees daily.
Acting before a tree fully declines protects your property and the tree itself. Sometimes a tree can be saved. Waiting usually removes that possibility.
What Actually Happens When Kinder Care Shows Up
Every tree service project starts with a free estimate. A real walkthrough of your property, not a guess over the phone. Someone comes out, looks at the tree, checks the surroundings, and tells you exactly what needs to happen and why.
Once you’re ready to move forward, the crew arrives with the right equipment for the job. Tree removal services on larger properties may involve bobcat or land-clearing services to handle the volume efficiently. Nothing gets dragged through your yard carelessly.
The removal itself follows a clear sequence. Limbs come down in controlled sections, the trunk follows, and the work area stays tight. If you want the stump gone, stump grinding is handled the same day. No scheduling a second crew, no returning visits.
Cleanup is included. Not as an upgrade, not as a line item. Just part of how the job gets done. Branches, wood chips, debris. All of it leaves with the crew. Your yard looks like yard work was done right, not like a tree came down.
That’s the standard. Every visit, every property.
What a Family-Owned Local Crew Knows That Out-of-Town Services Don’t
Why We Produce Better Tree Work
Years of hands-on tree work in Springboro and the surrounding areas have built something no certification course can replicate: pattern recognition. You start to know which species push root systems under foundations. Which soil conditions make a large tree more unstable after heavy rain. How the storm patterns that move through Warren County tend to stress specific tree structures in predictable ways.
Being a family-owned business means the person giving you expert advice is the same person who has been doing this work locally for two decades. No rotating crews, no out-of-town dispatchers making calls remotely. If you have a question about whether a tree can be saved or needs to come down, you get a straight answer grounded in real experience with Springboro properties.
Our expertise shows up in how accurately someone reads a tree, how cleanly the work gets done, and whether the advice you receive holds up over time. Reasonable price, honest assessment, full cleanup included.
Word of mouth has carried this business through twenty years of service in this community. That reputation is the credential that actually matters.
